Can I use EaseAcc yet?
EaseAcc runs in our own business and in a trial with selected businesses. Open sign-up follows; until then, access is by invitation.
What does EaseAcc cost?
19, 39 or 79 € a month, depending on how many people work in the office. Every plan includes every feature, with no hidden costs. The details are on the pricing page.
Which countries?
Austria first. Germany and Switzerland are planned.
Do I still need a tax advisor?
EaseAcc doesn't replace a tax advisor and gives no tax advice. It makes sure your advisor gets everything complete and in order, which saves them time.
Where is my data?
On servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, so in the EU. Receipts are read on our own server, without third-party AI. We never pass data on for advertising.
Is EaseAcc a cash register?
No. Your certified register stays. EaseAcc takes the day's totals from its daily report.
Is it secure?
Issued invoices can't be changed, only cancelled, and every change is logged. Sign-in with two-factor codes or passkeys if you like. EaseAcc never moves money.
Do I need to know bookkeeping?
No, that's why EaseAcc exists. It speaks everyday language and explains technical terms where they appear.
